Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, bookings and photography services provided by Photography2day, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Offers and contract conclusion

Requests submitted through the website, by email or by other means are non-binding. A booking becomes binding once the date, scope of services and price have been confirmed by both parties.

3. Customer cooperation

Customers provide the information required for the photo session in good time and ensure that agreed locations, people, animals, products or objects are available at the scheduled time.

4. Appointments, postponement and cancellation

Appointments are agreed as binding. If an appointment must be postponed due to illness, weather, force majeure or other important reasons, a replacement date will be arranged. Individually agreed expenses may be charged by agreement.

5. Delivery and editing

Selection, editing and delivery of images are carried out within the agreed scope. Raw files are only delivered if expressly agreed.

6. Rights of use

After full payment, customers receive the agreed rights of use for the delivered images. Commercial transfer, editing or publication beyond the agreed purpose requires additional consent.

7. Publication by Photography2day

Photography2day publishes images of customers only with express consent.

8. Prices and payment

The individually agreed prices apply. Invoices must be paid within the payment period stated on the invoice.

9. Liability

Liability is limited to direct damages to the extent permitted by law. No liability is accepted for indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit.

10. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, where permitted, the registered location of Photography2day.
